Online furniture or home wares orders will be confirmed within 24 hours of receipt of online order. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery of in-stock goods. Goods that need to be ordered have varying lead times and you will be notified as soon as possible of the lead time. Some back orders or shipped items may take several weeks to three months to be delivered.
Freight is applicable on all items and the amount charged is determined by Lounj Living. The shipping mode and carrier is determined by Lounj Living, unless exceptional arrangements have been otherwise made.
All items must be inspected by the customer upon receipt of delivery and signed as accepting the goods by the courier / delivery company.

Returns / Refunds / Exchanges
Many of our products are handmade and as such colour, shapes, textures, grains or surface / fabric appearance may vary and is not considered a fault. Returns will not be accepted for a product that carries these characteristics.
Any request for returning, exchanging or refunding goods MUST be received in writing by Lounj Living within 24 hours of accepting delivery of the item.
Returns, refunds or the exchanging of goods is assessed on a case by case basis.
Processing and administration fees apply to all returns, refunds and exchanges.
A monetary refund will only be processed once the item/s has/have been received in our warehouse and a full inspection conducted.
*WE DO NOT ISSUE ‘CHANGE OF MIND’ REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON OUR ARTISIAN COLLECTION. Any fault claims will be at Lounj Living’s discretion and authorisation.(Handcrafted items incur natural variations in surfaces and finishes.)
Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Lounj Living have an extensive Product Quality Control system in place and as such every effort is made to ensure goods arrive in perfect condition. All products should be inspected immediately upon arrival and any faults or damage noted on the delivery docket. Any claim MUST be made within 24 hours of receipt of the goods – digital photographs of packaging (box or carton) and the physical item will be required for any claim. Please retain all packaging and damaged cartons.
